Policies

-All purchases will ship will ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless otherwise stated.

-Refunds are not accepted at this time.

-Exchanges will be granted for items returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition. Please email store@rcoffeeltd.com for directions on how to return your item. Please do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges will NOT BE GRANTED if the item is too long or needs basic tailoring. Most high quality pants and sport coats require tailoring to make them just right.

-All items ship with USPS priority mail. If you need your purchase sooner, please email us to arrange expedited shipping. If you wish you insure your package please email us to make arrangements.

-All international packages are shipped via USPS International. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your countries customs department. Customs fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer. If you refuse to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us we will not refund you money as we do not offer refunds. You will incur additional shipping fees to have your package resent.

-We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once your item tracking updates with USPS it is out of our hands. Shipping issues should then be directed to www.usps.com
